HERVY is a pioneer in the implementation of technology seeking
rational water use. HERVY was the first Brazilian company to develop a
toilet tank that uses only 6 liters of water per cycle and is the only
one with a two-inch siphon — in other words, more efficiency
with less water consumption.
In 2007, after three years of research, HERVY introduced into the
market the first high performance Brazilian toilet, capable of using
only 4.8 liters of water without the need for any water pressure
equipment.
These are only some of the results obtained from the ongoing research
in our laboratories.
HERVY also participates actively in institutional programs to develop
low water consumption products like PBQP-h
(http://www.cidades.gov.br/pbqp-h/), having environmental awareness and
sensible water use as its main concerns.
